Is this too much exercise for a girl?

Monday- 1 hour and fifty minutes easy running
Tuesday- 1 hour and a half lifting weights
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- same as Monday
Friday- Same as Tuesday
Saturday- Running two and a half miles (hard)
Sunday- 30 minute jog and an hour and a half weightlifting

Am I going to get any weird disorders or health issues from this?
 
Sounds good, for tuesday and thursday depends how heavy the weights. Haha i'll join you for monday and thursday XD(just kidding) but for sunday, try not to do one thing and the other right after, take a good 10 minute rest. If it seems too much try half everything( if half is too little?) then try 3/4 of the time. Once you get use to it, maybe you would increase it.

Just on your 1st week don't go to overboard, but do it just for fun, like getting the feeling of doing it.
