Is this the answer to the monkey vs evolution debate?

I think I was touched by an angel as the truth suddenly hit me like a load of "bricks". The question that is always asked is Why are there still monkeys if evolution is true.

Now bear with me.....this takes some faith on your part and just hear me out.

There are still monkeys because................drum roll please

God doesn't want creationists to stink up Heaven so He re-incarnates them as monkeys and figures if creationists are too stupid to believe that He could of created evolution as part of His grand scheme of things then they deserve to be laughed at by everyone else.

So, this is this a plausible answer or is it just more random BS by a bored R&S'er?

If there were a god, I think it would be a god of creation and not a god with a grand unfolding scheme. It just seems superfluous for an all-powerful god to build a cosmic Rube Goldberg machine. I guess it's plausible, given an all-powerful god, but it just seems comically unnecessary. Doesn't it seem odd to say that the reason that the universe has evolved to look like it all unfolded on its own under the laws of nature is because a god built it to look that way? Sounds unlikely. More likely is that the universe looks like it unfolded on its own under the laws of nature because that's what it did.
