Is this team good enough for the 8th gym in Soul Silver?

Typhlosion- Level 44 (Flamethrower, Strength, Lava Plume, Blast Burn)
Ampharos- Level 42 (Discharge, Charge, Thundershock, Thunderpunch)
Gyarados- Level 31 (Bite, Dragon Rage, Waterfall, Surf)
Espeon- Level 30 (Quick Attack, Shadow Ball, Growl, Swift)
If you think I should add a pokemon or level up please let me know
Also any moves that you think I should change? Thanks!!!
