sound like to you? First i off i got strep throat from kissing my girlfriend when she had it... I developed a lot of mucus and coughed some of it up from my throat.... But then like two days later there was nothing in my throat but when i coughed it hurt my chest.... And then i started coughing up dark green thick mucus i geuss but some pieces were hard i think it was from my lungs.... And now all of its currently out of me but then i got swollen neck lymph nodes on my neck today and when i breathed in it tickled and it made me cough and i cant stop coughing it tickles my throat.. And the cough is super dry now... Also my left tonsil is super swollen like when i talk i can feel my tonsil touching my tongue........ What should i do and whats wrong with me?
Is this strep throat or an upper respiratory tract infection or what does it
