Is this something to worry about?

Im 31 and pretty athletic and work out quite intensely five days a week.
About six weeks ago I felt really lethargic for a week, had flu for another week then cold for another two. I then started training again, then two weeks later I developed another cold thats been going on for two weeks now. However the other night I suddenly started to really sweat and feel uncomfortably hot, felt very sick, then a bad headache with a pressure feeling in my head and ringing in my ears started and I felt dizzy. I went to bed and wanted to txt my boyfriend to come over but couldnt even lift my head off the pillow. The next morning I felt much better but still had a mild headache and I've had no energy for two days, feeling extremely weak and faint. My eye has also been twitching on and off since then.
I take Trazedone.
My BMI is only 17.5 despite eating regularly and healthily with the odd treats during the day. I've had my thyroid tested and that came back fine. I was slightly anaemic but this was corrected by tablets and my levels came back okay about two months ago.
Does this sound like something I should be worried about? Is it possibly due to my weight (which as of today Im increasing my calorie intake, I have no hang-ups over eating more) or does it sound like something more serious?
Thanks
Melanie

Welcome MelanieLHG

Having the flu/cold is not something that leaves our bodies quickly.
Much rest and plenty fluids are necessary.
If you feel there is more going on within, your doctor may want to run some blood tests especially since you mention being anemic.

Just wanted to ask if the only thyroid test you received was TSH? To truly know what is going on in the thyroid a full panel is required. I had TSH tests over the years that always came back 'within range' though I later learned that I had thyroid disease. TSH in itself is not a very useful diagnostic tool.
