is this some sort of weird stomach virus?

for the past 3 days, my 8 yr old has been lying around the house, doing nothing, eating nothing, because he has a tummy ache.

and this morning my 6 year old daughter has been complaining of a belly ache. again, she has been eating nothing, or doing nothing but lay around.
 
Don't ask these bunch of experts. Take them to your doctor.
They are more aware than us. Sometimes. Come back again if you do not get a satisfactory answer.
