This started a couple years ago for me.
I would start to get these little pimple things on my chin, then a couple days later they would all grow together into a large red spot, with clear puss constantly leaking out. Which then results into a scab, right dab in the middle of my chin.
Also, when this happens the lymph nodes in my jawbone swell up?!
I have gone to the doctor and they said it's nothing to worry about. I have had this exact thing happen probably 7 or 8 times in the past 5 years. WHAT IS WRONG?!
I don't have acne, it only comes about once a year.
