my ex partner has been done by police 3 times for driving whilst disqualified then lying to police bout his identity the third time, the third time he was arrested n put on bail..... a few weeks later he was raided n the police seized some equipment for growing drugs, but with no drugs found but he has alot of history being fined over possession of drugs. n he is also on bail for that and will appear in court next week..... but he has a court hearing in january for aggravated assault towards me, he is on bail for that too..... he has no history of aggravated assault...will he go to jail???
is this serious enough to go to jail?
