wearing clothes with the tags still on? I've been seeing quite a lot of blacks these days wearing clothes that still have the tags on them, as if they were brand new - even if the clothes are old and brown from filth. Are they trying to look "fresh" or rich, by keeping the tags on? Do they think people will assume they're rich because their clothes look like they were just bought?
