I hold my pee a lot...
I am busy ALL day with work, and at 4:00 I pick my two teenagers up from school. I then go home to my husband and 4 month old daughter. I cook dinner, do any daily grocery/misc shopping I have to do.
I often don't get to use the restroom until 5 or 6 o'clock P.M.
(I go in the mornings and SOMETIMES around 11 A.M.
Is holding it this much bad for me...? Thanks!
