Is this recently added "User Account" legitimate or malicious: "ASP.NET Machine

Account"? I noticed I have a new user account in my computer. I didn't add this user intentionally but it may be part of Office Live, Windows Live Workspace or new Norton disk clean-up programs I added in the past few weeks. I don't want to delete this user account if it is a part of some other program that is meant to be there. But I don't want to leave it going if it's not meant to be on my computer.
