When your Love cascaded over me,
like a waterfall from heaven.
You engulfed me so completely,
I thought that you were from heaven.

You filled every crevice of my heart,
with your Love and compassion.
I wish I could've surplussed your Love,
So over time I could've rationed.

You'll never know the you,
in which you had given to me.
I feel distinct satisfaction,
knowing that you'll never see.

Never see how much Love,
your heart could possibly hold.
You'd think it was just a fairy tale,
like back in the times of old.

I offered to fill your heart,
with my Love that would never deplete.
I just wish I could still bow down to you,
and lay the pieces of my heart at your feet.
 
I think it is a lovely poem. Very good expression. By reading your words you have convinced me that you were in love at the time you wrote this.
