I can't do stanza breaks on here (I'm on my iPod) but I this poem any good. It's about a past relationship. I breathe. I live. I die. My lips quiver, the words softly whispers into my ear, as if I can no longer hear, the thoughts just dissapear, I wake up. All I remember is the warm breathe that softly spoke into my ear, "goodbye". Your words used to soothe me. Just like a lullaby, but now, they just float by, like an autumn breeze, you drifted away. There was nothing i could do to make you stay. For you said goodbye with a shrug, and just walked away ; stunned by your words, I just didn't know what to say.
