Is this poem any good?

Ok, so my very good friend's godfather died today and I wrote this poem...

Glass Water

Glass water, a visage of perfection
Staring back at her, a flawless reflection
Could it be, are those tears in her eyes?
“Why did it have to happen?” she cries

Glass water, features twisted
Wondering if happiness ever really existed
Her fists crash into the distorted mass
It felt just like broken glass

Warped water, ripples travel across
So dejected over her loss
Tears falling, with the surface they collide
She still couldn’t believe someone so close had died

Warped water, depression’s wake
“How could this happen? It has to be a mistake.”
She convinced herself that she was dreaming
As the tears were silently streaming

Warped water, calming until
It’s unblemished and still
Staring back at herself
It’s almost like she was looking at sorrow itself

Glass water, still as the night
With an unnatural absence of light
Her face shady with gloom
Dismal affliction consume

Glass water, staring back at her
Hoping this whole ordeal would become a blur
But there’s something she can never forget
And that is the wonderful man that she met

I don't know if I should send this to her later... I don't know if the ending provokes the right emotion. I don't want to make her cry, she's like a sister to me :(.
