...it, please help.? I am a physics student first year and there's a guy in the class who swears this theory is real science. Others disagree, but everybody is debating it so can you tell me if it's real or possible. The site is aneleganttheoryoftime.com

Gosh, not only is this NOT real science, it's not even a real theory! A theory is a coherent, integrated explanation of a body of observed facts. This website doesn't qualify. Berry picks out a few anecdotes and a few science facts that he mostly gets wrong, and then ties them together with some philosophical ramblings. He's not making any testable predictions.

This is not science. "Science" would something like, "Let's see whether this clairvoyance thing really works, or if our bias is just making us focus on the anecdotes that report success. Let's ask 1,000 volunteers to note when experiences that they strongly feel are precognitive, and to record these as soon as they experience them. Then let's follow up and see how many come true."

Don't get me wrong -- philosophical discussions can be very fascinating. But this is kids' stuff. The philosophy discussed by actual scientists is a lot deeper and more thoughtful, and actually makes some sense.
