So lets say a person knows about a couple who have a great time gap betweeen them (female=14 male=21) and is friends with the both of them and they don't say anything to the authorities. So one day they are discovered and the male is undergoing trial for statutory rape. If the authorities find out about their friend who knew what they were doing would the friend go to jail for not speaking up if the male in the relationship was found guilty?
