This is a normal day for me.
Today I had:
A slimfast shake for breakfast (200 Calories, very low fat, 2 grams saturated fat)
For lunch, I had a half turkey snadwich on whole wheat, whole grian bread, a quarter of a red pepper, 1/2 a cup of raw spinach and 1 cup of non fat skim milk.
For a snack, I had approx a 1/4 cup of almonds.
For dinner, I had a girlled bbq chicken breast, 1 cup of spinach, 5 baby carrots, one small peice of corn on the cob (straight up, no salt or butter) and strawberries. Oh and a glass of non fat skim milk.
I ran when I got home form school around the block, and tonight (since its raining out) I'm going to go 10 miles on the stationary bike, do a little Wii Fit for fun, and do some ab work.
And I've had 10 cups of water today.
Is this too little?
