Breakfast:
Apple Jacks(right serving size) and water

Lunch:
Salad&tuna, 5 saltines, half of one smores poptart

Snack i guess you could call it:
freeze pop

Dinner:
1 cup of ziti pasta and sauce, a pickle, salad, 100 calorie fudgepop, 5 saltines.
