I know I have OCD in some form..but I'd like to know if this is OCD as well:
Whenever I see a certain family member..I get a phrase stuck in my head. It's like seeing the person triggers this phrase. So every time I see them or think of them the phrase plays in my head. I know it sounds really weird. It's been going on for awhile and I wish it would STOP. It's completely irrational and I don't know how to make it go away. It's annoying. Is this OCD? I have a book on OCD and I'm thinking of reading it but I don't know..it could make me think about OCD more and just make it worse. Know what I mean?????
I also go over things in my head over and over. & check things before I leave my house or go to bed. Can anyone relate? I prolly sound crazy but i know i'm not.
