Kern County (CA) Clerk Ann Barnett has decided that, since the state will not allow her to refuse to marry same-sex couples in civil ceremonies in her county, NO ONE can get married in her county.

Brian: Have the people of the state of California said that they don't want anyone in Kern County to be allowed to get married? It's not her job to follow the "will of the people." It's her job to follow the law. She's a public servant, not a political activist.
