Is this normal? SEX QUESTION?

I am a guy with a VERY HIGH sex drive. My fiance calls me a nympho sometimes. The thing is, we dont live together so sometimes it's a while in between sexual episodes. During the "off time", frequently the lower right side of my back aches and so does the right testicle. After having sex and reaching orgasm 2-3 times the pain ALWAYS goes away and doesn't return until the next "off time". I'm just wondering is this pain from me being "backed up" with semen or something else???
 
I usually have a terrible headache when my semen is backed up.

Your body is so accustomed to sex, that it gives you weird pains, which arent' common in that area, but in other areas depending on the person.
