is this normal on a 2 stroke motocross bike?

If it's just a couple drops and it coming out of the exhaust...don't worry about it , very normal for a 2 stroke with a few miles on it. The engine has no oil in it but the transmission oil should be checked and changed regularily.
 
i just got a kx 85 and it is leaking black liquid (i think its oil, idk). but what should i do? is there something wrong with it? what is it?

i was planning to go to the track with it, but i dont know if i should this weekend
 
Leaking from where? That makes a very big difference. If it is leaking from the silencer if is just because you aren't riding it hard enough and/or do not have it jetted properly. If it is leaking from the engine then you have a bad seal.
