I own a 2000 dodge neon. a fuse went out..which made my done light go out as well. so anyways i looked at the fuse box inside the car and i could not find the fuse for it. took it to the dealer and found out the fuse was under the hood. is this normal. seemed a bit strange.
it was wierd. he looked under the hood and there was so black box. i never ever took the lid off of it and sure enough there was some fuses under there.
