I have been looking for a vintage commuter style bicycle to haul around a Schwinn trailer packed with two toddlers. I would be biking around town, where there are hills and over passes to tackle, but nothing too steep.
I found this bike on craigslist, and although I really like the look of it, I had a couple questions. I am a pretty strong rider, but have little experience with trailers. Would it be a good bike to pull 60+ lbs.? I don't know much about the brand, and am not sure about maintenance- would it be expensive to replace parts? And would it be more cost effective to just pick up a newer commuter?
