Is This Mild Bipolar or Severe Mood Swings?

This has been going on for the past two months, i will be perfectly fine walking around then one little thing will just click and i will flip i will start getting so mad for about15 min. but then i will start crying and i cant stop and i don't know why.
Any suggestions?
 
That sounds more like depression if you went to your doctor which ever or them it is you could get help to sort it eh xx
