Is this Merrie Melodies cartoon available on DVD?

I was wondering if anyone who has a lot of knowledge on the Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies DVDs that have been released over the years would know if a particular cartoon that I am looking for is available on one of them.

It is a Merrie Melodies cartoon released back in 1947 by the name "The Foxy Duckling". While it is not one of their better short cartoons, it is still somewhat of a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, the best that I can currently find is a bad VHS-quality copy here on the Internet. I was hoping that perhaps it was released on DVD, because while I can live with what I have, a better-quality copy wouldn't be so bad.

As far as I know though, it's not available on any of the six "Looney Tunes Golden Collection" DVD sets, but I know that they released some cartoons on single DVD's (that came in thin cardboard cases) with some shorts not available on the Golden Collection (like one I have that has "Fin'n Catty" and "Fox Pop", which aren't available on the Golden Collection).

So, does anyone know if "The Foxy Duckling" is available on any DVD's that are out there in circulation (regardless if it isn't available in America or I have to go to Ebay to find it)? Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
