Is this Lexus worth considering? ES300, 1996,186,000 miles?

This car is being offered for sale for $3550. The current owner states "186,000 miles. Does drip oil. A few drops per day. Not heavy."

Makes me wonder if I will have a main seal replacement anytime soon.
