If an online retailer advertises that they do free delivery on their products, is it against the DSR to then charge the consumer the initial delivery fee plus a return fee of £50? It is mentioned in the retailer's T&C that they reserve the right to ask customers to pay the costs of return.
Is this legal under the Distance Selling Regulations?
