Is this just normal male behavior or does he want me as bad I do?

I'm in my early twenties who has always kept my sexual orientation secret. I work with this dude (also in his twenties) and I'm not sure if he is hitting on me. When drunk he texts me things like "he misses me" or calls me his "boo". When not drunk he jokes around and says "he wants to do me" or that "I should taste his lollipop." Or he will sing songs to me. Even when we are around each other we get pretty close to each other but its more like him who come up from behind me and put his arm around me or tries to hug me. Other times he might rub the back of my arm because I've been working out. He even jokes around and says i should get his name tattoo on my chest. This is where its confusing tho he has a girl friend who he dated for a long time and he is very masculine. At times he would completely ignore me.He wants to get me loaded but I refuse base on what i might reveal and when he do hit me up he won't stop until i kick it at his drinking parties. Should I get drunk and see where it goes? I want him but I don't know if I should risk it? Whats going on here does any one has any advice? Does he know I like him but is playing on my emotions? Is this just normal male behavior?
