Is this illegal on a bicycle?

I bought a police looking lights (red/blue) and I mounted them on my bicycle in the front I also have a white light in the front and a red light in the rear. After looking up the CA DMV rules and regulations on bicycle laws I found nothing. But I would just like to make sure that it is not illegal to have the police lights on the bike only because they are used to emmit light. Thanks for the answers everyone
