Is this healthy? Food/exercise?

Today I've done
Breakfast:130cal oatmeal
30mins dancing
Snack: rye cracker (30cal), with thin slice cheese and mandarin

and then I think I will make
Lunch: Soup (maybe 1 tomato, cucumber and carrot) and an egg
30mins dancing/aerobics
Snack: mandarin
Dinner: whats given to me
Maybe another snakc of yoghurt or somethign if im hungry
or more exercise if I feel like it

WIll this help me lose weight?
Im 170cm 58kg if you need that
