for the past month ive been doing it like this

shoulders/biceps
back/triceps
20m cardio after
biceps n triceps on alternate and shoulders back chest consequently but i think im doing it wrong.
this is going to be my new routine

would this routine work me? if im aiming to lose weight and gain muscle, i know these are contradicting goals but still
also im on a healthy diet
please tell me any improvements
