Ok, so I'm kind of having a thing with this guy. We're both juniors in college, we're in the same classes, and I'm always hanging out with his friends in his house, so we've been around each other quite a bit. On monday, we both went to the same hurricane party and we started chatting. He basically ignored every other person in the room. He's starts joking about how he's upset that I haven't texted him yet because he gave me his number a while ago, and he asks me "hasn't it been obvious that I've been hitting on you for a while?" He asked me a while back if I wanted to study with him for the class that we share, and that's when he gave me his number. He also comments on all my fb statuses. He also told a mutual friend of ours (we're both really good friends with this kid) that he thinks I'm really awesome, and I know this is not the first time he's talked about me to our friend.
We were pretty drunk and one thing leads to another, and we go back to his house, we hang out with some other people but we eventually go to his room and start talking about music and stuff and we eventually kissed, just one time. He didn't try anything else and a couple of hours later he walked me back to my room and he says, "I wanted to walk you back so i could do this" and we start kissing again. Another friend of mine actually told me that three weeks before the kissing that he told him that he wanted to make me his girlfriend.
I've had a couple of hookups before and it didn't really seem like that....
Anyways, we texted all through the class we have together, and we talked after class. Then there was like a week and a half of no contact, other than questions about class. We hung out exactly a week ago on Thursday, and I told him he should text me...but he still hasn't. Another one of our friends actually talked to him about us, he wouldn't tell me what was said, but told me that I just needed to keep doing what I've been doing. According to his friends, he's a very reserved person, and he's the type of person who needs a push. I texted him for thanksgiving... but we haven't really talked otherwise. But I talked to another one of his friends and he told me that he's not really interested in anyone right now so i'm not really sure what to think since i've heard so many different things. Please help!
