To cut it short, I talk to someone online (under a different name and totally different details). I'm not a total idiot, the reason we started talking was because both our mothers supposedly suffer from the same illness (Huntington's Chorea). I thought it would be nice to be able to talk to someone in the same situation.
However, I have a feeling he's been lying to me. He said his mum just died, but he seems totally normal about it.
I'm not sure what to say; I've had a feeling he's been exaggerating (or just outright lying) for a while, and I don't want to be played for a chump, but I also don't want to offend him if it is true.
What can I do? Please be sincere.
