I have spoken to three companies regarding starting a career in financial advice, I have a degree in business that covered some modules in finance,I have been advised that I must undertake a professional qualification named the CeFA before I can work in finance. Can anyone please give me some further advice on the financial recruitment process and its major needs and requiremnts.
