Is this GERD?

I have dealt with nausea and stomachaches for several years now, along with headaches, dizziness, fatigue, shakiness, and a few other symptoms. Initially I was told it was panic attacks from the stress of having 4 kiRAB. I didn't agree b/c my life is very good and I handle stress very well. The nausea got worse and they suggested IBS and acid reflux. I added more fiber into my diet and tried Zantac, Prolisec, Aciphex, Protonix and at least 1 or 2 more with absolutely NO relief. So I assumed it wasn't acid reflux. Next my dr's checked my gallbladder. My HIDA scan was only 16% so they took it out thinking that was the problem. NOT! I felt a littl better for a few months and then the symptoms started back up again. I've lost almost 20lbs (I'm down to 107lbs) and feel like I can't eat anything. If I eat too much (a normal adult size portion) I feel sick. If I don't eat enough I feel sick. I feel hungry often. I went off all dairy for 2 weeks with no relief in symptoms. Luckily for me, the symptoms are not EVERY day but at least 4-5 days a week. They also come and go sometimes throughout the day. I don't have severe pains in my stomach, just an overall ache. I also have a lot more gas and bloating then I ever had before.

I was just diagnosed with anemia, which probably explains the fatigue, headaches, shakiness, feeling cold, and a few others. The dr said that anemia can also make you feel nauseous.

I had my upper endoscopy this past monday and the biopsies were negative for H Pylori and Celiacs. The dr said there were red irritated areas in my stomach, which showed i had GERD.

My dr put me on Nexium, which I have bought yet b/c it's $166.00 for 30 pills. I already eat a low fat diet. How else can I make myself feel better? Does this sound like GERD?

Also, can anyone explain why most of the time I can drink coffee (2 cups of half calf max) or have a glass of wine or beer and it doesn't bother me.

I forgot to add that the top of my stomach is hurting and feels like it's burning almost. However, it also feels like it's pushing everything either up or down. Would GERD effect your bowels too? Or is that from IBS?

I usually do not have a problem with constipation or diarreah but since I started taking iron pills 2 weeks ago, my bowels have been messed up.
