1) Is this PC good?
2) What settings can I play GTA IV on (low,medium or high)

If you want my honest opinion i would personally go with an Nvidia card, because i can't tell the difference Between ATI cards. And if your gonna go play games like GTA IV, then i would suggest getting a 9800 GTX, or a GTX 260. but other than your GPU yeah its ok, and your getting the same case i have right now ;). But if you want a really nice one i could build you one in newegg for under 1300, just add me on Xfire or Steam, hurlyboi
