I found this Pokemon game for the first game boy that came out (not a game boy colour game) that i'd never seen before on a stall at a collectors market. It is very hard and is called a Pokemon Mewtwo Strikes Bake game. It is based on the 1st movie but I think that it is a pirate that someone has made. I found a little video of it on youtube here.

The cartage I've got also has another game which is even harder called Pokemon Gold Version 2 which is smiler to this one but I can't find a video of the other game. It also says USA version on the cartage as well. If these games are illegal will I get into trouble for buying them or is it the sellers fault for selling them?
