Is this from Allergies?

I have been dealing with massive fatigue....sometimes I get up and feel fine, I take Zyrtec and Sudafed...but by about noon it hits and get worse as they day goes on. Headache and if I enjoy a glass or 2 of wine but lately if I drink one or two it wipes me out and the next day I feel exhausted as well.

Does this sound like allergies...all my blood work is fine and my dr said either allergies or fibromyalgia.???

I have had a lot of issues with allergies! I have also dealt with the fatique they can cause. It is important to try different allergy medications until you find the right one for you. One allergy medication I used did not seem to work and I was so tired that it was affecting my work ethic. After a couple of weeks I changed allergy medications and suddenly I was back to normal. My allergy medication of choice is Arius because it does not make me feel drowsy and it does not seem to effect the influence of alcohol consumption. Be sure to get allergy tested so that you can take steps to reduce the allergens in your environment. Allergy medications do not restore your well being to 100%, they only help.
