I saw an ad on the internet for an 06 M109R. The web site is here.

Doesn't this seem awful fishey and cheap for this bike? Anyone know if this site is legit. I have no interest in the M but if I lived in IL I'd have to check into it just because. Wonder if it was wrecked.
 
The ads been viewed over 1000 times already yet no buyer I'm guessing. Yep, too good to be true.

Just today my secretary discovered that she had been scammed by a fake autotrader scam. She is out $2600. It was for a fairly modified 1995 Honda that her 17 yo son wanted.
 
Total scam. "onestopmotors" is a perfectly legit internet used car dealer...in Las Vegas. The ad says the bike is in Illinois.

This is the basic 'too good to be true' scam. You call the number, they 'sell' you the bike, but of course you have to sent payment or at least a deposit right away. But so did a dozen other people who think THEY bought the bike. Of course the IS no bike- the URL and picture were hyjacked from another ad. They take the money and run, you get laughed at.
