is this healthy or am I over doing it? I jog 4 miles a day 5 days a week. I play indoor soccer another day, and i relax on Firdays. I tend to walk about 1/4 of it and jog the other 3/4's. I am getting married this December and want to shift the weight. I eat lots of fish (prawns, sardines, cod) and during the week its cereal and fruit for breakfast, wraps for lunch and fish/Soup for dinner. i will have fruit and yoghurt for supper after jogging. I drink 2 litres of water a day. At weekend i like to relax, have a few beers, bigger meals. But i keep up the jogging. Is this ok? Have lost 20 Pounds since February. Seem to have hit a plateau tho. Could my jogging be keeping weight on in muscle ?
