I'm a girl, I'm 14 years old, my height is 5 feet 7 and I currently weigh 142 pounds. My stomach is pretty flat, it's my butt, hips and thighs that are kind of fat. So, I found some exercises on the internet and in magazines and made a combo of 20 exercises. 5 of them focus on toning the whole body, 5 are for the stomach and there are 10 others that are good for your thighs, hips and butt. So, these exercises take about 30 minutes to complete and I have made the following program:
9:00- wake-up
9:15- exercise
10:00- eat breakfast (something like toast with honey and a glass of milk, or an egg and a glass of milk)
11:30- eat fruit
11:30-2:30- summer homework, read, play PC, whatever
2:30- eat lunch (I'm cutting my lunch to half of what I used to eat, and I'm eating two times more salad then before, this time without oil and cheese)
2:30-6:15- go to the park, friends, mall, whatever,
6:15-6:45- exercise
6:45- 7:00- fruit salad/yogurt with cereal
7:00 - I won't eat at all after this hour
7:00- 9:30- read, watch TV, whatever
9:30- 10:00- jog in the park (it only takes about 15 minutes to run, I included the time it takes me to get there and back)
10:00- 10:15- shower
10:15-10:45- read, watch TV
10:45- go to sleep
I started this program yesterday and I'm feeling pretty good. I exercised earlier today than usual since I ate lunch earlier, so I won't be eating from 6:30 today. I'm hoping I'll lose some weight in three weeks time, since I'll be going to the sea and want to look my best in a swimming suit.
Yes, I know I'm not eating dinner, but I never really felt the need for dinner. I think lunch is more important, and I eat more then. Plus, it's not like I won't eat anything after lunch, I'll probably eat two more fruits/ veggies. So, what do you think?
