Is this enough for me to lose weight and tone up?

im currently doing 30-35 mins of fast jogging on the speed of 11.0 on the treadmill fully with no breaks 3-4 times a week combining with 30 mins of weight lifting the same day as i do the cardio.

i stay away from foods which high sugar content, high fat content though i do consume healthy fats, no crisps and sweets, no junk food like pizza's chips etc.

the foods i do eat are fruits mostly but i don't eat vegetables at all is very rarely i do. is it a MUST to eat vegetables with fruits or just fruits ok by themselves??
i dont like vegetables because there disgusting and they dont taste good as fruits that is the main reason other than that i know how good nutrition vegetables provide to the body.
