is this enough food for me to eat?

today i woke up at 11 and my dad took me to chili's for lunch so i didnt have breakfast. i ordered a black been burger w/o cheese (bun, patty, lettuce, ketchup) i ate all of the burger and half of the fries. im going to assume that my lunch was between 600-800 calories. and then for dinner i had 4 potato and cheese pierogies with veggies which is approximately 250-300 calories. for the rest of today i will probably snack on some veggies and maybe a 100 calorie pack of rice cakes.

now i know this is just barley enough calories and doesnt sound like a lot of food but since my first meal had so many calories in it and probably a good amount of fat i figured its enough.

what do you think?
 
well dont be thinking that today you had a good day, because ya didnt, think of the carbs, theres a huge difference between 500 calories worth of veg and 500 calories of burger and fries, like if you kept eating like that you'll probably gain weight.
