Is this enough exercise?

I did this today
Bas rutten round 1 of boxing cd
Lots of kicks and punches for like 5 min.(a routine to music)
Like 50 push ups
100 sit ups (different kinds)
Jumping jacks about 100
10 pull ups
1 hour of rollerblading and skateboarding
8 min ab workout from youtube
100 hammer curls with 3 lb dumb ells
I also did some stuff with nun chucks and some kicking on my heavy bag
Is this good to gain muscle?
