Is this enough exercise? What else should I do?

This isnt edvery week just kind of like an average week
M:45 min badminton, 30 min aerobics
T: 45 min gym(30min on bike), 10min aerobics
W:1 hrs aerobics, 20min jog
Th: 1 hour aerobics
F: 40min aerobics, 90min social sport (not much action unfortunately)
And today Ill probably go for a 20-30min jog and try to get in about 30mins of some kind of cardio
im trying to lose a bit of weight
