i pretty much hate exercising but i lost weight using a stationary bike. now, i still eat healthy and 3 times a week i do crunches, squats and dumbells ! plus everyday i usually have my music on at home so i just dance around hahaha
is this enough for me to be healthy and maintain my weight plus stay kind of toned ? because summer is coming
also,me and my friends always hike up to this waterfall... and i dont want to all of a sudden be too weak for that haha :|
