Is this enough exercise to achieve a good body?

I go to the gym every week for 1hour and 1/2, (sometimes more) during which i warm up with 20 minutes of treadmill , do weights and then finish with 15 minutes of treadmill, i dont snack at all, but to be honest its kind of hard to eat healthy when your 16 and you hang out with your friendr a lot, but is this enough for achieving a good body, since i started at gym last year ive lost 6 kilos (keeping in my mind that i gained some weight through weight lifting) but i still have a lot of belly fat and i dont really notice a change in my body, what should i do?
