Is this enough exercise for today?

I'm looking to do this routine daily, I don't want to over exercise or under exercise. I wanna lose weight quickly :). I would like to lose a stone in 6 weeks. I will also be on a strict healthy diet, only eating small portions to shrink my stomach.

40 minutes of muscle stretches + yoga.
10 minutes of balance improving activities.
10 minutes of light aerobics.
10 minutes of running.

anything I can add or take away?
