superior to 2 others? Hey guys I was in the Hospital for 1 month but haven't been able to train for 3 so Body is slagging. 2 people I used to help out in the weight room have become pushy against me cause I'm not as strong as I used to be since I was recovering. Now is this a good way to surpass these dudes I used to help again? Ok I've noticed they have gotten bigger and that's it but they do not eat healthy and most of the exercises they do are curls. I always ate healthy cause my nutritionist told me it was 80% of the battle to Build muscle and lose fat. So will me eating and Training vigorously give me an edge for a contest we are having in June to see who looks the Best and is Strongest. I start Training this week

Monday Chest
Tuesday Back
Wednesday Shoulders
Thursday Legs
Friday Arms
MWF Abs
Monday-Sunday Cardio
Is that good or a bit excessive and don't worry I eat Healthy.
